Hi, I’m Oxl, the creator of Soulhearth.
I’m a developer, designer, and endlessly curious builder working toward a pretty ambitious idea: creating a digital world where people don’t just play games—they can create worlds, systems, characters, and experiences of their own.
Soulhearth started from my fascination with games, artificial intelligence, procedural systems, virtual worlds, and the question: What if creativity itself could be the game?
I’m building Soulhearth as a modular game-development world where players can create Hearths, bring characters called Souls to life, discover and forge Artifacts, experiment with different perspectives and mechanics, and eventually build experiences that can connect with one another.
I’m also learning much of this as I build it—game engine architecture, AI systems, networking, cloud infrastructure, procedural generation, security, and everything else required to turn an enormous idea into something real.
Soulhearth is both my project and my classroom.
I don’t expect to know every answer before I begin. I believe the interesting part is discovering those answers through experimentation, iteration, and occasionally building something completely ridiculous just to see whether it works.
My long-term goal is simple:
Build a creative world for creativity itself.
